ifilm series ‘Kimia’ star Gloria Hardi has attended ‘The Dark Room’ private screening.
The Iranian-French actress and musician attended the private screening of Rouhollah Hejazi’s latest movie on Wednesday December 26.
Hardi’s husband Saed Soheili is the lead actor of this production.
Gloria Hardi was born to an Iranian mother and a French father. Although she studies music at university, she had an interest in acting too. After getting married to the Iranian actor, she moves to Iran and takes an acting course with Azita Hajiyan, the actress playing the role of Kimia’s mother in ‘Kimia’.
She, then, takes her first role as an actress in the series.
The film, that enjoys a social drama genre, narrates the story of a young couple, Haleh and Farhad, and their 5-year-old son, Amir. The small family has recently moved into a new apartment building to start a new chapter of their lives, they cannot imagine what awaits them, though.
Amir is lost in the desert just in front of the complex, however, his parents find him soon. But then, Amir tells his father that someone has abused him and that makes Farhad very upset.
The troubled father is now looking for a suspect who has harassed his little boy.
‘The Dark Room’ has so far attended several international film events including the 5th edition of Hanoi International Film Festival in Vietnam.
